This policy describes the Omnipost creator preview and this informational website. The TikTok integration has been tested in Sandbox for account authorization, profile and public-video reads, and draft transfer. Direct Post is under development and has not been verified.

Information handled by the tool

Depending on the action and permissions granted, the tool may handle account identifiers, profile details, public video information and metrics, authorization tokens, browser session data, captions and video files. TikTok data is requested only through the permissions granted to the app; the creator preview requests basic profile information, public video information and draft upload access; Direct Post testing also requests permission to publish.

How it is used and stored

The desktop tool uses this information to connect accounts, perform the action requested, and show available results. Browser profiles, credentials and tokens are stored on the device running Omnipost. Token files use owner-only file permissions, but are not an encrypted vault. Output reports may be saved to a location selected by the user. The user controls their device and its backups.

Sharing and service providers

When an integration is used, relevant account information, requests, captions or media are sent to the selected platform under its own terms and privacy policy. The website and production OAuth broker are hosted through Cloudflare, which processes connection information to deliver and protect the service. The broker forwards authorization codes and token responses between the desktop tool and TikTok; it is designed not to retain them. Production authorization is not yet approved or verified end to end. This site has no account registration or contact form. Email sent to the address below is handled by the operator's email providers.

Retention and choices

Local files remain until the user removes them, including any copies or backups. Platform-side retention is governed by the relevant platform. You can disconnect the app or revoke its permissions through the platform's account settings; this does not automatically remove locally saved files.
