RewindMap Social Publisher is a local-first Omnipost tool. The creator preview is available for developers to test with their own TikTok Sandbox app. Production access and public Direct Post are not yet approved.

Requires Python 3.10 or newer and a TikTok Developer Sandbox app you control. Direct Post testing also requires ffprobe on your PATH. This preview is for Sandbox testing; it does not provide production TikTok access.
Download Omnipost TikTok Creator 0.1.0rc1
In a Python virtual environment, install the downloaded wheel with python -m pip install omnipost_tiktok_creator-0.1.0rc1-py3-none-any.whl. Configure your own Sandbox app with the Desktop callback http://127.0.0.1:8765/tiktok/callback/, add your test account and enable the required scopes. Then run omnipost-tiktok configure-sandbox, followed by omnipost-tiktok authorize-sandbox my-account --direct-post and omnipost-tiktok studio my-account. Keep your own Sandbox client secret private and never share it with other creators. TikTok may require the account owner to accept its Developer Terms.
Connect a TikTok account
The creator uses TikTok Login Kit to grant the permissions requested on TikTok’s authorization screen. In our Sandbox, account authorization and profile and public-video reads have been verified for test accounts. The creator can remove a connection in TikTok’s settings.
Prepare a draft
Choose a video stored on your device. In the tested Sandbox draft flow, the video is transferred to TikTok’s inbox. TikTok sends the creator a notification so they can finish editing there. Inbox delivery is not publication.
Direct Post, in development
A creator-facing flow is being developed to show a preview and current account settings, let the creator choose visibility, interaction and disclosure options, and require consent before sending a video. This flow has not yet been verified end to end or approved by TikTok for production. Availability and limits depend on TikTok’s review.
